Hello! My name is Mikaela Lee. Pronounced "Mi-kale-a," everyone calls me Kael! I am self-taught photographer in the beautiful Hudson Valley, NY. 9 years ago, I turned my passion into reality. Throughout my journey as a photographer, I have been able to meet so many new people and develop relationships further than just taking photos. I specialize in family photography, and I pride myself in meticulously editing where I bring images to life. When the final images are delivered, my goal is to make you feel the emotion and life that my pictures have to offer.

I am an elementary school special education teacher, and currently in grad school! Balancing school and photography has allowed me to live out my passions while learning hard work + dedication along the way. I am so grateful to be doing two things I love every single day: working with children and taking photos!

There is nothing better than looking through the lens of my camera, knowing I am providing families with moments to cherish and have forever!
